We just received in this 1964 Kawai but if you looked at it, played it, you’d quickly realise this piano is practically brand new. Our technician went over it top to bottom and he found no issues with the piano. Generally with pianos this age, we start to see the tuning pins get more loose over time, and the soundboard showing age. After examination, this piano is showroom quality. The previous owners obviously took care of this piano, unlike 90% of the pianos we find on Craigslist and FB Marketplace.
